The housing development is between Donaldson Drive, Central Avenue and Coal Shute Road. The development would be called “Railway Park Homes” by Wayne and Gene Koch. Includes Condominium and Single Level, most homes are between 1,400 and 1,600 square feet. The project will go ahead after the pine and honey locust trees will be removed and excavators work around the trees can move the soil around.
