The new project along the strip of passing Trans Canada during the late 19th century is planned on 15-acre of land. The housing development is between Donaldson Drive, Central Avenue and Coal Shute Road. The development would be called “Railway Park Homes” by Wayne and Gene Koch. The new project along the strip of passing Trans Canada during the late 19th century is planned on 15-acre of land. The housing development is between Donaldson Drive, Central Avenue and Coal Shute Road. The development would be called “Railway Park Homes” by Wayne and Gene Koch. Includes Condominium and Single Level, most homes are between 1,400 and 1,600 square feet. The project will go ahead after the pine and honey locust trees will be removed and excavators work around the trees can move the soil around.

The site was originally the key rail transportation infrastructure in the late 1890’s and early 1900’s. The development, named “Railway Park” is owned by South Field Real Estate Ltd., which is owned by Wayne and Gene Koch. The Koch family has been in Grand Forks for over 50 years.
